No pressure, no performance

Let’s figure out what would actually help.

Bring the real situation. You don't need to know the service name, have a diagnosis, or arrive with a perfect goal.

What the free consult is for

A short conversation to understand the situation and decide whether NDAF coaching is a useful next step.

We can cover

  • What keeps happening
  • What you want to be different
  • What you have already tried
  • Which coaching format may fit
  • Access needs for sessions
  • Questions about process, recording, or next steps

It is not

  • A coaching session
  • A diagnosis or clinical assessment
  • Therapy, crisis support, or medical advice
  • A sales-pressure call
  • A requirement to purchase anything

Before the call

You don't need to prepare a complete history.

Bring one example

A recent situation often tells us more than a polished summary.

Name access needs

Camera preference, captions, processing time, written follow-up, or anything else that helps.

Expect directness

The goal is to determine fit, not convince you that you need coaching.

Common questions

Do I need a diagnosis?

No. We can begin with what keeps happening, what you need, and what you want to work better. Coaching doesn't provide diagnosis.

Can I book from outside the United States?

International coaching may be available where the service is legally appropriate. The applicable payment, jurisdiction, and service terms are provided before purchase.

Are sessions recorded?

You choose whether sessions are recorded and whether approved AI-assisted transcription or note-taking is used. Declining either option alone does not prevent coaching. The full consent and retention terms are reviewed before coaching begins.

What happens after the consult?

You receive a recommended next step. That may be a coaching track, a one-time session, a free resource, or no service at all.
