Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 ยท Effective July 15, 2026

This policy describes NeurodivergentAF practices for consumer health data, including sensitive coaching information and rights that may apply under the Washington My Health My Data Act.

Consumer health data we may collect

This may include goals, barriers, support needs, accessibility information, coaching notes and materials, recordings, transcripts, AI-assisted draft notes, safety information, and payment-linked service information.

How it may be used or shared

Authorized coaches, Amanda, managers, and approved providers may receive information only as reasonably needed for coaching, consultation, supervision, training, continuity, quality, accessibility, payment administration, safety, security, or legal obligations.

Consumer health data is not sold and is never used for marketing, advertising, testimonials, social media, public training, or external promotion.

Recording and AI

Recording occurs only after active consent and may be declined or stopped for any session. Approved AI or transcription tools are identified before first use. Coach review is required before AI output becomes a finalized record.

Washington consumer rights

  • Confirm collection, sharing, or sale and request access.
  • Request a list of third parties or affiliates that received data.

Retention and security

Written coaching records are ordinarily retained for seven years, subject to valid deletion rights and legal exceptions. Session videos are ordinarily deleted after 90 days. NeurodivergentAF uses approved accounts, multifactor authentication, protected devices, access controls, and approved storage.
