General Privacy Notice

Version 1.0 ยท Effective July 15, 2026

This notice explains what information NeurodivergentAF collects, why it is used, who may receive it, how long it is kept, and how to submit a privacy request.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, information may include contact and identity details; booking and coaching information; accessibility and participation preferences; payment and transaction records; shop and fulfillment records once the shop opens; website and technical information; and communications.

NeurodivergentAF does not require proof of diagnosis and does not ordinarily request Social Security numbers, government identification, full medical records, or unrelated sensitive information.

How information is obtained

Information may come directly from you, from an authorized payer or support person, from coaches and authorized team members, from approved service providers, and automatically through website or security logs.

Why information is used

  • Provide coaching, scheduling, materials, continuity, accessibility, and support.
  • Administer payments, refunds, purchases, and fulfillment.
  • Communicate about services, records, policies, and operations.
  • Support internal consultation, supervision, training, quality, complaints, safety, and security.
  • Meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.

Recording and AI choices

Session recording and approved AI-assisted transcription or note-taking require active client choices. Declining or stopping recording or AI assistance alone does not remove access to coaching. The specific provider and role are disclosed before first use.

Retention

Session videos are ordinarily deleted after 90 days. Reviewed summaries, transcripts, signed forms, Foundation Plans, progress reviews, and core client records are ordinarily retained for seven years after coaching ends, subject to applicable deletion rights and legal exceptions.

Your choices and requests

Requests for access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or appeal may be sent to privacy@NeurodivergentAF.com. Authentication may be required to protect records from unauthorized access.
