A diagnosis is just a tool. That said, sometimes tools are useful. So we’ve broken down some of the most common neurodivergences and the situations, patterns, and questions commonly associated with them. This is by no means a comprehensive list, and it will keep growing. Each page connects you to plain-language information, real research, practical articles, coaching routes, free tools, and products selected by the function they serve.
Officially diagnosed? TikTok-diagnosed? Self-diagnosed? Just suspicious? Doesn’t matter. These are resources, not a test, so follow your gut AF. Relate to several, use one without claiming a diagnosis, or leave the label behind and take the support that works.

ADHD can make access to attention, action, time, working memory, and emotional regulation highly dependent on context. The goal here is not perfect consistency. It is building systems that make the next useful action easier to reach.
