What we might work on

We build the job-search system around your direction, capacity, strengths, needs, and real employment market instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all funnel.

  • Clarify strengths, interests, values, access needs, and ideal work conditions
  • Identify realistic role families and directions to explore
  • Create or revise resumes, cover letters, portfolios, and professional summaries
  • Use AI as a support tool while keeping your voice and judgment in the process
  • Build a low-friction application and follow-up workflow
  • Prepare interview stories, questions, logistics, and mock interviews
  • Plan networking and outreach that does not depend on constant social performance
  • Compare roles, environments, compensation, and sustainability before saying yes

A typical process

The exact conversation follows the real situation, but the work has a clear job.

1. Career exploration

Clarify strengths, interests, values, access needs, role families, environments, and the conditions where you can work sustainably.

2. Resume and LinkedIn work

Translate your experience into a clear resume, LinkedIn profile, professional summary, and reusable material bank.

3. Application strategy and tracking

Choose targets, tailor materials without starting over, track applications and follow-ups, and make the next action visible.

4. Interview preparation

Prepare examples, questions, logistics, accommodations, mock interviews, and a decision framework for evaluating fit.

How long does coaching last?

Career coaching can end once you have a usable direction and application system, or continue while you move through a longer search.

Build what you need

Some people need a clear system, a practical strategy, and enough support to test it in real life. Once it works, they are ready to use it independently.

Use the weekly check-in

A weekly career check-in can keep resumes, LinkedIn work, applications, follow-ups, interview preparation, rejection, and restarting visible. Someone else remembers the plan with you and helps keep the search from becoming one enormous mental pile.

Coaching can last for as long as it remains useful. We’ll establish what your personalized program looks like during the Foundation Sessions and go from there.

Talk through the fit

Ongoing career coaching starts with a free consultation. We will discuss where you are now and what part of the process needs support first.
